Silk thread suspention
Verge escapement, extremely rare on this kind of clock; ancre escapement (3 1/2) were usually used on these type of French mantel clocks.
Beautiful guilded bronzes . White marble in perfect condition with, however, a little scratch at the back of the cover (can be fixed depending of the future owner's desire)
The movement with its elegant spinning discs with white enamel dials sits on four curved columns made out of gilded bronze. |
