Very rare musical (chiming) Neuchâtel clock
Exceptional case (including bracket and top) in contre-boulle
with inlays of green, yellow, blue, beige, red horn as well as mother-of-pearl.

- Beautiful bronze work finely chiselled and gold plated. Every
component is original and nothing is missing!
- Music with carillon playing 9 different tunes on 12 bells, changing
automatically every hour. The torque kept constant by chain and fusee. You can
choose the tunes manually; chime/no chime lever. The restoration of the music
is now complete (click on the photos).
- Neuchatelois movement with verge escapement. Striking the
hours and half hours on bells (rack system). Beautiful finely worked hands. Bombé
dial in excellent condition with roman numerals. The music plays approximately
3' before every hour.
